Cullen Fever

Oh yeah, I caught it too!Ü

It was only last Saturday that I jumped on the Twilight bandwagon. I finished reading 'til Book 2. And yes, I now understand what Miss Wena means about it being attractive to readers especially the teens. All that's bawal, dangerous and exciting just spell only one name -- Edward Cullen!Ü OH YEAH! I'm sure you'd agree! Haha!

So now, I can't wait to finish the 4-book series. Looking forward to the long weekend then!

And yes, like any other book that catches fire, it's now a movie. Can't wait too! November 21! It's definitely a date!Ü

And much to my surprise, it's Cedric Diggory who'll play Edward Cullen! Definitely another reason to watch the movie! Hehe!

Oh yeah, I think this fever will also last as long as my Harry Potter's. Tssssssss!Ü

Kuya, That's Not Our School

Last night I ordered dinner to be delivered in school. And yes, lo and behold, look at what the receipt says...

No wonder ang tagal dumating! Naloka siguro si Mr. Delivery Guy... wala namang Ripleys dito ah...

Hahaha... Tsk tsk tsk... I feel for the Delivery Guy...

Kasi naman po Reedley , Kuya, R E E D L E Y.Ü
A friendly reminder from me.Ü I thank you! Bow!Ü

How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You

Lower School Kids really claim my office as their Official Tambayan! That can work both ways -- good and bad. Hahaha!

Good because they make me laugh and smile a whoooole lot! Bad because I don't get to work that much if they're there. Bantay si Ms. de Vera eh. Oh yeah, in loci parentis. Haha!

But no matter how much I want to drive them away sometimes, I just don't have the heart... Aaaawwwww... these kids are really really wonderfully sweet!

Look what they wrote me!

Ain't that sweet!?!?!?! Thanks Iñigo, Kiarra, Justin, JJ and Hannah! Aaaawwww... I love you too guys!

And yes, Noah wrote a big note which I tacked on my board!

Majorly sweet di ba? Aaaawwwww...

When Maan saw this she said, "Ain't we such a weird school??? Where else can you see that the REGISTRAR'S OFFICE is the BEST PLACE EVER?!?!?!?!"

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! UH-HUH!!! I MUST AGREE!!!

Thanks Lower School kids, Ms. de Vera looooves you too!
You never fail to complete my day!ÜÜÜ

The Soooo Lovable Picture Of Me

Oh yeah it is! Hahaha!

That's Hannah picture of me! How cool can that be?!?!?! Come on, I'm the picture! I soooo am! Hahaha! She drew me with my Thursday ruffled blouse! Hahaha! Ü

Sheer sweetness of her! Sheer giddyness for me! Ü

Thanks, Hannah!!! Mwah!

It's Been Such A Long Time!

Hahahaha!!! OMG!!!! It has been such a long time since I blogged! Where'd I go?!?!?!?! Darn! Haha!

Oh well, just wanna say,
IT SOOOOO GOOD TO BE BACK!!!! Ü

I missed y'all!!! Heehee...

Malaglag Man Ang Mga Bituin...

This weekend was another emotional weekend. It was again Days With The Lord.Ü

Last night, when it was the staffers' last visit to the prayer room, we sang Kaibigan.

Ika'y aking kaibigan

Kay raming pinagsamahan

Ngayon ako'y kailangan

Paano kitang iiwan?

Anumang tarik ng bundok

Sasama ako sa taluktok

Kung rurokdagat ang syang alok,

Kasama mo akong aarok

Anumang lagim ng bangin,

Anumang bangis ng hangin,

Malaglag man mga bituin,

Makaaasa ka sa akin

Malaglag man mga bituin,
Makaaasa ka sa akin.

WOW! This song just brought me to tears. Ang galing. I felt the magic of this song and the magic of Jess in the disco fuse. Unbelievable. Incomparable.

Who did I think of?

The 29ers. My batch. The people who I was with for only 3 days but whom I entrusted with my life.

Kayo yon, mga dudes. Kayo'y aking kaibigan.
Anumang lagim ng bangin, anumang bangis ng hangin,
Malaglag man mga bituin, makaaasa kayo sa akin.Ü
BASTA KAYO 29ERS!!!

Happy Hormone Hype

I feel like such a couch potato. I AM a couch potato. No volleyball, no swimming. Kaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Now that summer's rearing its head, I feel the need to get up and get active!Ü I started yesterday. Wahahaha!!!! Hope I can keep this up!

I really really really really really wanna go kickboxing or attend hiphop class. Pero ayoko mag-isa! Sino gusto sumama??????? TARA NA!!!!!!!!!! Let's kick and punch and dance and groove the worries and stress away!

Oh yeah, congratulate me on my attempt for a comeback on happy hormone hype!Ü Yahooooooo!!!!!!ÜÜÜ

Viva Santo Tomas!

I watched Game 2 of the Men's Volleyball Championship Series last Wednesday. I didn't blog about it kasi talo kami... sore loser! hahaha!!!

Game 3 was yesterday. With the Championship Series tied at 1 win each, super dasal talaga ako na UST manalo! Anyway, I was able to watch the women's game muna.. talo Adamson... tsk tsk tsk... but a well-deserved win for the Tamaraws...

Of course, next up was the men's game na! UST vs. FEU! Golly gulay, 1st set pa lang pagod na ko sa excitement! Hahaha!

Were you able to watch???? If not, hindi nyo na-witness ang blooper and kairita of the year! Set point of Set 2, UST-23 FEU-24... UST on offense... receive, set, UST attacker mid-air for the spike... all went black... huh? huh? ano nangyari?!?!?!? NAG-BROWNOUT SA ARENA!!!!!!!! Wahahahahahahaha!

Ayun, nairita and natawa na lang ako... antagal bumalik ng power... I think that was a good 15 minutes of power outage! Wasn't able to finish the game because I had to go to church na for rehearsal.

At the church, Mike, Winnie & I were all fidgety! Hindi kasi namin alam kung sino na nananalo!!!! Jay even texted, "Are you winning?" Waaaaaa!!!!! Just before our mass started, a friend of Winnie texted him, FIFTH SET NA DAW!!!! Huwaaaaaat?!?!?!?!? May 5th set?!?!?!?!??! Raaaaaaaar!!!!!!!!!

Hay naku, I tell you, all my prayers and intentions that mass were all for the UST men's volleyball team. I'm sure Mike's and Winnie's were too! Plea and pray to the max talaga! Hahaha!

In the middle of the mass, kinalibit ako ng malakas ni Winnie... when I looked at him, super pigil yung tuwa nya sa mukha, he mouthed "PANALO TAYO!" and was making gestures of yes! champion! hahahahaa!!!! Wala akong nasabi that moment kundi OH MY GOD!!!!!! I hollered Mike, said na champion USTe! Di rin ma-describe yung saya sa mukha nya! Hahahahahaha! And yeah, lahat 'to repressed kasi nasa choir loft kami sa kalagitnaan ng misa! Heller! Talk about silent screams! Hahahahahahaha!!!!!

Oh yeah, diss Game 2 kasi CHAMPION NA KAMI!!!!!!!!

I have to congratulate the whole team! Major team effort talaga 'to! I love the replacements! It was just yesterday that I witnessed na super lakas nga ng bench ng UST! I was surprised that Coach Lontoc fielded replacements in a Championship Game, a do-or-die Game 3 at that pa! But they wowwed me! They were ALL magnificent! They ALL performed beyond expectation! Hanep!

Love ko din si Pecaña! Ang lupet mo pare!

Of course, love ko pa rin for life si JOHN PAUL TORRES!!!! Solid ka talaga, boiy!Ü

Woot woot woot woot!!!!
Loveit loveit loveit loveit!!!!

GO USTEEE! GO USTEEE! GO USTEEEE!
GO GO GO GO!!!!

Til UAAP Season 71! Ay, V-League na pala.Ü

Lost Without You

I lost my camera last friday. =(( Dropped it somewhere I guess...

Still, I'm not able to cry on this pa... walang panahon nung weekend eh, fully-booked! Haaaaay... but the sore feeling and sadness is still much in my chest and I know I have to let this out or I have to have this replaced by happy emotions...

To my ever-loved camera: I'll miss you. You know I'm lost without you. I hope your new owner will love and cherish you as much as I did.

Reflecting on this situation, I have the following to be thankful for:
Let me be thankful first, because I lost it and it was not forcefully taken from me. Second, although it was my all, it was not much especially my life. Third, because it was my camera that was lost, not myself, my family, my friends nor my faith. And last, because despite my misfortune, I still can see sunshine through the shadows.

Keep the faith, Reich, keep the faith.Ü

Ehem! Be Careful Daw...

You are always careful in business deals -- start being more careful in romance now.

You are always smart enough to be careful in business deals, but how careful have you been in romantic negotiations? Past pain could have been caused by careless generosity, so if you want to prevent yourself from getting hurt again in the future, go slower. A new person is an exciting thing, but what's your hurry? They are interested -- and they are not going anywhere unless you tell them to. Don't give them only green lights when yellow would be much more appropriate (for now).

DARN! WAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Flooding Ba Kamo?

I really looked forward to this weekend because I planned it to be my do-my-waaaaay-overdue-majorly-undone-things weekend...

And yeah, proud to say I WAS SOOOOO SUCCESSFUL WITH IT! Happyyyyyy!ÜÜÜ

I just had two (2) waaaaay-overdue-majorly-undone things:
1. Watch the movies I bought, but didn't get to watch because:
a. it was not my priority movie that time,
b. tried to watch, but snoozed on it after 15 minutes, or,
c. di ko lang feel panoorin and completely forgot about it na.
2. Clean my phone inbox (uhmmm, which, for your information, has about 1500 messages... hahaha!)

Sa mga taong na-flood ko ng super sandamakmak and sandamukal na quotes and jokes, SALAMAT!!!! Thanks for enduring, appreciating and not showing your inis... hahaha!Ü Minsan lang naman...

You wanna know how you guys reacted???? Hahahaha!!! Here! Here!

Maan:
Hahahahahaha!
(nung mejo madami nang nase-send...)
Ang dami mong jokes today.Ü
(at nung marami pa akong nase-send...)
Grabe na ito. Tinalo mo nanay ko. She sent 13 messages. Ikaw, 25! Eto ang korona. =) Nawa'y gumaling na ang hinlalaki mo at I'm sure maga na sya. Hahahahaha!
(at nung hindi ako nagfo-forward because I heard mass...)
Bwahahaha! Naubusan ka na ng load ano? Hehehe.

Miss Wena:
Parang di ka nauubusan ng funny messages ah. Are you with your gay friend? ;-) Joke joke joke!
(and nung nagse-send pa ko ng gabi...)
So may katapusan ba to? ;-)

Reagan:
Wow daming text ah!
(when I said I was cleaning my inbox...)
Naks bagong cellphone to!

Ian:
(when I said I was cleaning my inbox...)
Hahaha kaya pala ang dami...Ü

Ate Pam:
Thanks Ards, ang ganda and very timely mga quotes. :-)

Melai:
Hmmm... nalilito na ako sa text mo... di ko alam kung inlove ka ba o broken hearted ka o may ibang drama ang lovelife mo! Hehe... basta pwede naman ako makinig kahit ano pa yan. :-)
(after sending the message about being the standard...)
Naks! I liked it! Tama yan, BE THE STANDARD! :-)

Niño:
Musta bft?
(he confessed he sent this because he thought I had a problem or something...)

Thet:
Unlimited? Hehehe.

Lala:
Grabe Reich! Di ka naman addict sa pagtext ngayon? Haha! :-) But I like the chocolate message. :-)

Ian (one and only):
Hoy Ardi! Musta? Punta na kami States. Whole fam. May 27. Get-together tayo before I leave k?

Carlo:
Alang magawa? Haha.

Kuya Froi:
What's with you today?
(after I said I was cleaning my inbox...)
So basura pala sine-send mo sa kin?

Anda:
Hi. Maybe we could meet sometime. I miss you na and the rest of our group.
(after I've mentioned that Ian's going to the States na...)
Ok. Let's keep in touch.

Alou:
Hahaha... really sweet. :-)
(after sending more messages...)
Hey Reich! Thanks for all the wow's and the jokes and the kind words... You're pretty special yourself too!

Myra:
Unlitext ate? Hehe.Ü

Allan:
Wow ang daming messages from you.

Jay:
Good pm Reichie!Ü Daming quotes ko na-receive ha. Thank you! =)

Sari-sari di ba! Hilarious talaga grabe! Hahaha!

Never in my life had I smiled this much for so many reasons and because of so many people. Thanks for adding those eye-crinkling smiles on my face that day.Ü

Salamat sa pagpatol! Hahaha! Love ko talaga kayo!Ü

Looking forward to my next inbox-cleaning weekend!!! Don't worry, I'm not planning to save that number of messages again... I hope!Ü

My Neverneverland

Yesterday I received a text message about being a kid in the late 70's and early 80's. Helloooooo!!!!! So can relate!Ü Hahahaha! I belong to that era! OMG! Era talaga?!?!?! I'm making it sound like it was eons ago! Izzit?!?!?!? Darn! How time flies huh!

1. Kilala mo sina Shaider, Bioman at Masked Rider Black
-----> Don't forget Annie! Pati Maskman!
2. Alam mo jingle ng Nano-Nano
-----> Even if alam ko yung jingle, I'm proud to say that I was never tempted to taste this candy (kung candy man ang tawag dito)... hahaha!
3. Naglaro ka ng 10-20 or Chinese Garter
-----> Hello??? Gold medalist ako sa Olympic sport na yan noh!
4. Alam mo ang universal song na "Uwian Na"
-----> Sing it! Uwian na! Uwian na!
5. Nagsayaw ka ng Macarena at Boombastic
-----> Wehehehehe secret na malupet!
6. Alam mo ibig sabihin ng "Time First"
-----> Yung madaya kong kalaro pag matataya na eto ang isisigaw!
7. Alam mo na importante ang "Period! No Erase!"
-----> I abide by this Code of Honor! Hahaha!
8. Nilalagyan mo ng Pritos Ring bawat daliri mo
-----> Guilty as charged hahaha! Ngayon Roller Coaster na lang...Ü
9. Meron kang pencil case na madaming pindutan
-----> Of course! CERTIFIED UNCOOL without it! Plus the bag with the wall clock!!!! What's the brand of that again???
10. Kilala mo si Remy, Nelo, Cedie at Princess Sarah
-----> Uuuuy si Patrasche pa!!! Von Trapp Family Singers din! Hello, Ms. Michin!!!! Hahaha!

Hahahahaha!!!!

I sooo can relate, can't I?????

And at the end of that message it says, "These just boil down to one thing: MATANDA KA NA!"

Ako?!?!?! Heller?!?!?! Uy hindi ah, hindi halata! Bleeeeeh!Ü

Actually, I didn't see that coming... na yun yung punchline non. Hahaha! I thought it will just say na nakakarelate ka noh? Hahaha! Tsk tsk tsk, my bad, wrooong assumption!

But come to think of it, nakaka-relate nga talaga ako to ALL of them! But for me it boils down to a different thing ---

I had a complete childhood.Ü Naks. I made you smile, huh?Ü

Just think, lahat ba ng kids ngayon makaka-relate sa lahat ng "coolness" ng pagkabata nowadays??? I HIGHLY DOUBT IT! Corny na maging bata ngayon. Hi-tech and gadget-y, pero corny. Walang Pritos Ring imagine!!!!! Pano ang buhay pag wala yun!?!?!?!? Hahaha!

My two cents: Old maybe, but because of my childhood, I grew up complete... and happy.Ü

We surely love love love strawberries!Ü

Just to make you laway with inggit the food served were: asparagus and baby carrots, baked mussels, salmon sashimi, cauliflower and broccoli with cheese, spicy seafood paella, garlic prawns, chickey satay, four-flavored cheesecake, strawberries with whipped & ice cream and bottomless soda & wine!

LOVIN' YOU ALL AT VDAY!Ü

Loving Torres

I watched UAAP Volleyball Semis yesterday. Walking towards the Ateneo Blue Eagle Gym, I can hear and feel the beating of the drums. Gosh! Napapa-Go Uste na ko sa labas pa lang! Hahaha! Panatiko, bow!

Anyway, the games ended 7pm and talo both women's & men's teams. Hahaha! Hay naku, I feel like they just gave both games away. Kaaaaa!!! Kinda like reminds me of my Xavier Team. Wehehehe. (Peace, Coach Mark!) Pag wala talaga sa hulog, hindi magtr-trabaho, hindi maghahabol ng bola! Pag wala sa hulog, as Coach Mark says, sleeping on the job! Oh well, papel.

Just to share with you, while watching the men's game, when No. 10 of UST was fielded, an old gay guy (may gay girl ba???? meron! meron! hahaha!) repeatedly shouted, "Yung No. 10 ng UST babae! Yung No. 10 ng UST babae!". Siguro napikon na yung isang spectator, he shouted back, "At least sya marunong maglaro, ikaw hinde!!!!" The old bading shut up that instant! Hahahahahahaha! I wanted to guffaw talaga that moment! I wanted to laugh til I fall off my chair! But no, I can't! Because the old man was seated behind me. So shut it, Reich! Darn was I repressed! Hahaha!Ü

LOVE KO KAYA SI NO. 10!!!!!

GO JOHN PAUL TORRES!!!!!

Mataray sya maglakad. Mataray sya kumembot. BUT ---
Lalaki mag-block and lalaki mag-spike!!!!!
Solid and in-your-face talaga!!!!
Woot! Woot!

Lovin' you since I laid my eyes on you.
Panatiko mo ako, Torres.

Looking forward to being No. 1!
And again, let me hear you all shout:

PS. Love nyo smileys ko noh? Hehehe.Ü

What's Eating You?

Weirded out.

I know something's up. But I don't want to blow it out of proportion.

If you're not telling, I'm not probing. Ayoko lang magalit ka.

Why the sudden change? What's eating you?

If I did something wrong, tell me. I TOTALLY HAVE NO IDEA.

Help me.

I'll still give you mwahuggielots without batting an eyelash!Ü

Sorry for whatever it is I did or said. But please, tell me what's eating you.
Worried. As in.

BFT's Wise Words

Last Monday, BFT forwarded a text message. It says...

Leaving a love you've suddenly outgrown can be heartbreaking, but it also shows you're strong enough to walk away from a relationship that no longer makes you happy. Moving out of your comfort zone can be downright scary, but it also proves just how brave you are to take on the unknown. Stronger, braver, wiser. You always do a little growing up every time you do a little letting go.

LOVEIT!

Ehem ehem!Ü Heeheehee.Ü

Proud Sistah

Thanks for giving into my Conti's cake craving!Ü
Love you for things like this!Ü

Btw, my BFT Niño is now a certified Physical Therapist!
Brawn, beauty and brains! San ka pa!
I'm so proud proud proud!

CONGRATS BFT!ÜÜÜ
Mwah you all over! Haha!

Til our next date!Ü
