What will a choose????
Missing a great tradition or missing a friend's wedding practice???

Cool As Ice

My nephew, Ice, celebrated his birthday at The Peninsula Manila. Place was good. Food was great. Company even grander!

While the boys were out for a swim, Julia and I had bonding time!

Ice Princess Julia with Ice Princess Wannabe Tita

Oh, shucks, the whole shirt print doesn't show! It says Ice Princess! Tita wants to have that shirt too! Hahaha!

Since I'm the only Tita they can play with, rather, who would play with them (ENTHUSIASTICALLY!), we started jumping around, running around and horsing around! Around, around, around, around... yet around... still around and around. Hahaha! (Whew!)

Julia and Ethan. Cute pose, kids!

At hindi mawawala na si Tita ay magpi-piggyback ride! Will I never grow out of this duty?!?!?!?!?! Darn! Hahahaha!

Piggyback Tita with Joty and Ice

Buti nalang, malambot yung bed! Hehehe!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ICE!!!!!

Special Greetings

Since I know you're reading this now...

HELLO NAMAN SA 'YO DIJAI!
Hahaha! Petiks ka na naman! Ü

Yun lang, bow! Ü

1 2 3 O'clock, 4 O'clock Rock!

Thanks to Ronnie, I remembered that today at 12:34:56pm (or am) it would show:

12:34:56 07/08/09

And yes, though not so big a deal for everybody else, I was somehow looking forward to this. But thanks to a meeting at 12:40pm, I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT IT! Darn! Hahaha! It proved not so important after all!

Anyhoo, since Ronnie posted this in Facebook, I tried to areglo my own "catching of the moment". Cheat with the computer clock! Hahaha!

Nga naman, things you'd do to capture a moment you lost! Werrrr! Ü

Wishing everybody alive at this moment a Happy 123456789!ÜÜÜ

And HE Speaks

Today, GOD wants her to know...
... that it's your heart that knows who loves you, not your ears or eyes.

Listen to the words, and you can be fooled. Look at the actions, and you can be fooled. You are loved only when you feel loved. Who makes your heart soar now? Well, what are you waiting for?

Wow, Lord! Love it love it love it, Lord! ÜÜÜ
Oo nga naman. Ü

MMDA Speaks

I got this in an email from Theo. Made me laugh my a** off! Hahaha! Ü Oo nga! Baka kailangan ganito ang message para ma-gets and masunod.

I am soooooo disappointed with people who DON'T read road signs. Or maybe they do read, BUT NOT FOLLOW!!! They're there for a reason! A good reason at that! Kaka kayo! Lalo na yung mga tumatawid sa kung saan-saan kahit isang metro lang layo ng overpass sa kanila! Werrrrrrrrrrr!!!

**********************

According to an MMDA report, the number of accidents along the streets of Metro Manila due to improper use of the road more particularly Jaywalking are steadily increasing.

In a phone in interview, MMDA chairman Bayani Fernando commented, "Accidents in our major roads is a major issue. The number of deaths truly raises a concern."

He began to speak in Filipino; "That this "kawalan ng urbanidad" (lack of proper behavior in the city) must be addressed in order to protect the public from themselves."

Adding to this, the chairman presented a strategy in addressing the problem. He adds, "We have to align our messages to the public with common vernacular."

Here is the strategic solution:

DISCLAIMER: Some letters were erased due to the VERY STRONG message conveyed if completely displayed. Hahaha. Pero alam ko gets nyo. Wahahahahaha!

**********************

Would this prove effective kaya? Hahaha!Ü Ewan ko ba sa inyong matitigas ang ulo! Ewaaaaan!

Their War. Our World.

DECEPTICON!!!!

Not the one I hoped, but what the heck! Hahaha! Glad I'm human then. But if I was to become Megatron, I might reconsider! But if Optimus Prime was offered, go na ko noh!Ü

Fickle-minded Reich... fickle-minded indeed. Haha!

O sya! Roll out! Rather, mobilize! Haha!

And What Now Of My Resolution?!?!?!?

A Dazer's Promise

Yuppie Dazers in the 42nd DWTL Anniversary Mass in Assumption San Lo Chapel last Saturday, 8November2008

I still stand by my commitment... by ALL DAZERS' commitment...

Basta Ikaw Lord!

BASTA I K A W LANG!

Twilight Addict

So far I'm just in Book 3 and these are my reviews:

Book1 - SUUUUUPER KILIG!!!! My favorite book!
Book 2 - boring first half, excitement upped the latter part
Book 3 - I hate hate hate Bella, Edward and Jacob! Ang aarte nilang lahat! I want to push them to a deep ravine!

Maan commented, "But that would only kill Bella!" Oh darn, she's right! Well, so mush so with that action plan! I'll think of another one then! Hahaha!

I'm still struggling to finish Eclipse. Raaar! Not that it's not enticing to read... moreso I'm fighting sleepless nights because of reading it! Hahaha!

Looking forward to Book 4! Which from my perception would be my 2nd and last favorite book in this series... unless Stephenie Meyer comes up with the complete Midnight Sun already! Hahaha!

And yes, as I began with -- I am a Twilight addict!Ü

Team Strategy: Just Have Fun

And yeah, we did exactly that!

Last Monday was the OSA Water Wars. Wondering what it is? Hmmm... let's see... Imagine these things... (trigger) water sprayer... clay court... 2 teams... and the best thing ---- Takeshi's Castle... HAHAHA! I'm sure the last one got your attention! Uh-huh, THAT kind of water wars! Here're pictures for you to fancy!

Blue Team

Oh di ba? Takeshing-takeshi????? Hahahaha!!!

More action! More fun!

Jerold and Anne vs. Rex and Reich! Go blue!!! Asan yung iba?!?!?!?

I exclaiming in protest na madaya si Jerold!!!!! Hahahahahahahaha!!!!

And yes, my super favorite picture....

Si Rex na hinahabol ng madla!!!!!!! Hahahahaha!!!

But yeah, it's just Jane going after Rex and Nico & I going after Jane. It just seemed funny if all of us were really running after Rex! Hahaha!Ü

CONGRATULATIONS, BLUE TEAM!
SWEEP!!! WOOHOOO!!!
SUCH SWEET VICTORY! NAKS!

And the strategy? Just have fun... wehehehe...

Special thanks to the following: Maan for putting into life the much-envied Takeshi targets, Guen for organizing, Edsel for the venue, Ms. Wena for the water gallons and Mr. Castro for the yummy dinner!Ü

OSA, SA SUSUNOD ULIT! KAHIT MASAKIT KATAWAN NATIN FOR THIS WHOLE WEEK, DA BEST! ANG SAYA!ÜÜÜÜÜ

Miguel Montenegro

Hahaha! I'm sure! For those who watched the film you know who I'm talking about!Ü Yuh-uh! JOHN LLOYD!!!!!

Dreamy dreamy dreamy!!!!

I'm dying from kilig right now... at reflection lang yan sa wall! Hahaha!ÜÜÜ

O sya, mangangarap muna ako... Ü

Meow!

Last October 30 was Upper School's Halloween Spirit Day. People were asked to come in Friday dress code with a wild or loud accessory... and yes, by the title of this entry, you guessed right! I came as a cat... sans the tail nga lang... hahaha!

Ang cute nung pair of cat ears & ribbon no??? I would given Halle Berry a run for her money as Catwoman! Tsss! Asa! Hahaha! This just cost me a cheap-o price of P70.00!!!! Hahaha! Darn, I must admit that this was such a good deal!

Oh well, belated Happy Halloween!Ü MEOW!!!!Ü

Sheesh Cheese

I truly swear Edward Cullen's sooooooo madrama!!!!!

In Book 3 he writes Bella, "I'll be back soon you won't have time to miss me. Look after my heart -- I've left it with you."

Darn! How can a man be more cheesy than that? Or should I say how can a vampire be more cheesy than that?!?!?!?!?! KAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hooooo! Reklamo pa ko, eh pag sa kin naman sinabi yun, IM SURE! JELLY KNEES AKO!!!
Oh, Edward! *dreamy look* (Hahaha!)

Cullen Fever

Oh yeah, I caught it too!Ü

It was only last Saturday that I jumped on the Twilight bandwagon. I finished reading 'til Book 2. And yes, I now understand what Miss Wena means about it being attractive to readers especially the teens. All that's bawal, dangerous and exciting just spell only one name -- Edward Cullen!Ü OH YEAH! I'm sure you'd agree! Haha!

So now, I can't wait to finish the 4-book series. Looking forward to the long weekend then!

And yes, like any other book that catches fire, it's now a movie. Can't wait too! November 21! It's definitely a date!Ü

And much to my surprise, it's Cedric Diggory who'll play Edward Cullen! Definitely another reason to watch the movie! Hehe!

How Sweet It Is To Be Loved By You

Lower School Kids really claim my office as their Official Tambayan! That can work both ways -- good and bad. Hahaha!

Good because they make me laugh and smile a whoooole lot! Bad because I don't get to work that much if they're there. Bantay si Ms. de Vera eh. Oh yeah, in loci parentis. Haha!

But no matter how much I want to drive them away sometimes, I just don't have the heart... Aaaawwwww... these kids are really really wonderfully sweet!

Look what they wrote me!

Ain't that sweet!?!?!?! Thanks Iñigo, Kiarra, Justin, JJ and Hannah! Aaaawwww... I love you too guys!

And yes, Noah wrote a big note which I tacked on my board!

Majorly sweet di ba? Aaaawwwww...

When Maan saw this she said, "Ain't we such a weird school??? Where else can you see that the REGISTRAR'S OFFICE is the BEST PLACE EVER?!?!?!?!"

HAHAHAHAHA!!!! UH-HUH!!! I MUST AGREE!!!

Thanks Lower School kids, Ms. de Vera looooves you too!
